Agreement between SMShttp.com and application developer

By developing an application using the SMShttp.com interfaces, you agree to the following:

The application should never include user account details in the application code. The application can only transmit data directly to api.smshttp.com, transmitting via a third party is not allowed.

The developer should make sure that uploaded applications are free of viruses and harmful code, and should take great care in developing an application that in no way harms SMShttp.com or the user of the application.

All applications should contain a reference to SMShttp.com, e.g. during login.

All submitted source code will become the property of Smart SMS AS.

SMShttp.com reserves the right to block applications which create unnecessarily large load on our systems.

You will get 0.1 credit for every paid SMS that is sent through your application.
You will get 0.01 credit for every free SMS that is sent through your application.

SMShttp.com is free to change the terms without prior notice.
